Pinnacle Dermatology

I have waited for going on 1 year to get back into see her, I called amd told them that I would probably be late due to road work. One person was sitting In the waiting room that I sat for a hour in on the first visit not counting the hour I sat in the examination room to see the Dr for 5 minutes. Was told I was going to have appointments scheduled with other Dr's and a year later no appointments was scheduled. I highly do not recommend Dr Tawney for your dermatologist needs. She caused me to lose a days pay and a 112 mile round trip for nothing. The lady at the receptionist window was rude and looked like she only left her post to go to lunch amd run to the restroom to make room for more i have tried calling several times and 98% of the time i got no answer. My appointment was rescheduled by them on several different occasions but when I was late due to road construction was turned away. This has been going on for over a year and only seen Dr Tawney one time. I'll take my health care needs elsewhere

Krystal and her staff do a wonderful job. I was seen and had two concerning places removed from my neck area. The procedure was pain free, I had results quickly, and the sites healed very nicely. The staff answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Krystal and her staff at Pinnacle are fantastic! As someone who has frequented this clinic for years, I can honestly say I don't know what my skin would look or feel like without them. From keeping a close watch on my moles to managing hormonal breakouts, Krystal and her staff have helped me keep my skin healthy and young. I truly don't know what I'd do without Pinnacle's retinol serum and green tea mist. My skin looks better at 33 than it did at 25. Thank you, Pinnacle team!
