Mountain State Dermatology

Waited a month and a half for my appointment only for them to call me an hour before my appointment and tell me it’s been canceled. This would’ve been fine except they rescheduled me another two months out for something that needs done every 4-6 weeks. Very unprofessional.

My entire experience at Mountain State Dermatology in Morgantown was absolutely FANTASTIC!! My local dermatologist recommended me here for a skin cancer removal. As soon as the referral was sent, I received a phone call to set up the appointment and several reminders throughout the time before I went. This simple act made me feel at ease. When I arrived on the day of the surgery, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and then taken care of by a phenomenal nurse named Blake and Dr. Hancox. They played music for me while I waited in the room to make me feel comfortable. They were all extremely nice and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Another plus was that the facility was pristine clean! I would recommend Dr. Hancox and his nurses to anyone in need of dermatology attention!

Very unprofessional staff. It was a nurse I spoke to by the name Haley. She rather of cut me off and told me to go to a different healthcare provider than to listen about my issue and offer a solution. I have been going to this office since 2012 and I will not return, due to the staffing unprofessionalism held in 2019. Very sad! I will get treated as a reliable client elsewhere!

Dr. Norton and the staff at Mountain State Dermatology are wonderful! Dr. Norton is always thorough and very patient with any and all questions & concerns. You will love this place and I highly recommend it for all your dermatological needs.
