I was “scheduled” to see the dentist this morning. I’ve had an abscess on my tooth for over a year now. They can’t do anything about it so I need to go to an Endodontist. Every single time I call to make an appointment with WH&W Dental, I have to wait forever to get in & today was no exception. I literally made this appt. 4 months ago. And when you have an access, it seems like forever. I got up at 3:30 this morning so I knew I would be on time. But when I got there they told me that my appt. was at 8 and that it would have to be rescheduled…. Rescheduled?? After waiting 4 months? I broke down!! I looked around for a second to notice that I was completely alone. There was absolutely NOONE in the waiting room. So then I got angry!! I told her just to make me an appt. with the nearest Endodontist that took my insurance & call me……She looks at me & says, “We haven’t seen you since 2022. There’s nothing we can do for you!” “Are You Freaking Serious Right Now?” was the next thing to come out of my mouth. Yes, I was late. That was completely my fault. I thought WH&W didn’t open till 8:30. I even took a screenshot of the voicemail to remind me of my appt. & still got it wrong. But the way she talked to me was like she was punishing me for not being on time. What Do You Want? An apology? I’m sorry! You want me to pay extra for the 30 minutes I missed? Here’s my card!! Just please help me!! I had to give 1 star to write this review. They need a better rating system because they definitely don’t deserve the star they earned from me!!

Overall amazing experience for me and my son Dustyn. Dr. Reed explained things in a way I could truly understand it. And Nurse Bobbi was so great with Dustyn really calmed he’s nerves and anxiety. Would recommend this place to all parents!

Dr. Sahasi and the staff are very nice people. They always take time to talk to me, explain everything and genuinely act like they're happy to see me.

Tim Reed does absolutely a phenomenal job with his patients. He cares and your not just a number. I drive like an hour or better so all of my kids can have a great pediatrician!

Horrible service. Staff is rude. The dentist didn't "have time" to pull my tooth and had to wait 2 to 3 months before I could come back in. Terrible experience. I honestly don't know how this place has even a 3.9 rating! I wouldn't send my dog there.
