It was my first experience with the non- surgical side. The RN Heather did a poor job with an injection and I had SEVERE EXTENSIVE bruising. I’ve had this same injection at a different place over the past several years with no problem ever. I genuinely believe the injection was poorly placed and improperly done. The only reason I tried a different place was they were closer and a friend had a surgery at Aesthetica with great reviews. I do not recommend this nurse for injections. I was disappointed that Aesthetica did not offer a partial refund or credit on the service.

I am beyond happy with my experience here. I worked with Ashton and she was amazing! Not only did she see the vision I wanted without knowing exactly what I “wanted,” she made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She is knowledgeable and gives you all the answers to the questions you would have.

Loved my experience with Pamela, the esthetician for a hydrofacial. I don't get facials done very often but think of it as a treat. She was very thorough during the consultation and provided me with a comfortable experience. Since the establishment is more of a medical spa environment, the atmosphere was more sterile. Not the same experience as a dark room in a salon/spa setting. My skin felt hydrated and renewed afterwards and Pamela was very professional but relatable.

LOVE this place! Always such a friendly and pleasant experience, every time I walk in i'm greeted with a warming welcome. Pamela has done an incredible job at caring for my skin, it's never look SO good. She has been very knowledgeable, passionate and encouraging with my journey to better and clearer skin!

Chrissy at front desk is really nice she did my Botox the first time I went here answered all my questions too the second time and worked my appointment in where it was convenient. The second time another lady named Ashton did it and wasn’t as friendly felt like I was being rushed she didn’t price quote me either and just wasn’t as friendly. I left feeling kind of sad and not as confident about my treatment. Unsure now if I’ll visit this location again. 😕
