I had the microderm facial what a full-service benefit at a nominal cost. Reception, technician, and the doctor are welcoming , Pleasant and sometimes rather Whitty! I've been going there 5 or more years I've tried other places but always come back. It is a great benefit to go to the event as their specials are usually very generous. They also have loyalty programs to accommodate regular services, if you book your Botox in 3 months, you get a reduced price... See you soon! Went here for my first chemical peel, and was treated so well. I’m not going to front I NEVER had any facial done in WI. I was always told to just go to Chi town. However this place was pretty cute and my lady was very informative which was super neat. I love learning about my skin. Anyways I’ll see how the peel turns out. I’ll most likely come back for a few more treatments. Great customer service!

Called for a laser appointment for Rosacea. Told them I had been receiving the V beam laser for over 20 years with great results. They recommended dye VL laser, never telling me they did not do the V beam. After noticing no results at all I called. I was told I would have to return for more treatments at my cost. I asked if I could return for the V beam which I know works with one treatment I was told they do not offer it. I spent $552.00 that day, that also included botox which is why I gave 2 stars. The botox was adequate. Other dermatologist I have been to in the past 20 years always offer a touchup at no charge, including botox. They give you coupons for $10 and $20 off botox touchup. Will not be returning.

I had Kybella done 3 X here at @ an exorbitant amount, and it didn’t do anything-literally! So disappointed and feel ripped off!

Professional and friendly staff. They made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend this business for your skincare needs. These folks really know their stuff, and they have a nice line of products available, and services.
