Very disappointed with the triage nurse. She became very upset because I couldn't keep the BP Cuff on that she placed half on the crook of my arm. I asked if she could use the forearm cuff instead. She proceeded to aggressively take that BP Cuff off and slammed it down behind me to get the air out of it. My daughter who saw this behavior got up and went to get another nurse and advised the team of how the nurse in the room was acting. The nurse hurried to get the forearm Cuff on and walked out telling my daughter she had done nothing wrong. My daughter asked for a supervisor and was told no one was there. I asked for a Patient Advocate, or a nursing Supervisor when the ER doctor came in and was able to speak to someone then. The rest of the team/staff were great! As for that nurse...if you can show that much aggression to your patient, you are in the wrong field. A patient shouldn't have to worry about their safety in the hands of Healthcare staff.

Terrible service! Rude, they don't listen to the patients, they don't follow proper procedures, NEVER will return to this location! Thedacare in general is AMAZING but this location should be shut down!

I trust Thedacare Berlin with my life. They are absolutely the best. Surgical Dr's and surgery teams are outstanding.

Their Central scheduling is a joke my doctor faxed to the number they gave me and it showed that it went through on their end, but they keep saying they didn't get it. This is not the first time this has happened. SOMEBODY needs to straighten out Central scheduling.

This hospital almost cost me my life! I was hear for 3 days and they did absolutely nothing as im in the er declining, the doctor comes in tells me if you keep declining you will be in a resperator tomorrow and i knew the chances of survival! I called my wife in absolute tears and tell her my lungs are getting worse she makes a call to our friend that has been a nurse forever! She says why are they not giving you steroids so i call my nurse in and told her to get my doctor in hear emediatly. He comes in i ask him and he says your not bad enough to do that yet! I told that guy either you give them to me right now or im leaving! This was 1030 am by 6pm they told me i might be going home that night but waited till morning the next day i went home! This was over 2 years ago i highly recommend going anywhere else but hear if wasnt for our friend i prolly be dead! I was the only person to walk out of there this week and that was the words of the nurses not some exaggeration!
