I can’t say enough great things about Highlander Dermatology! From the moment I found this practice the staff was friendly, and the office had such a warm, welcoming vibe. But what really made my experience stand out was my PA, Courtney. She is absolutely incredible! Courtney took the time to listen to every concern I had, and I never felt rushed. She’s so knowledgeable and really explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel at ease. I could tell she genuinely cared about finding the right treatment for me. It's so refreshing to find a provider who genuinely cares about your well-being and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She wasn’t just treating a symptom, but truly looking at the bigger picture. I’m so grateful for the level of care she provided and how comfortable she made me feel during the entire process. I left my appointment feeling confident in my treatment plan and completed procedures. I highly recommend this practice, and especially Courtney, to anyone looking for exceptional dermatological care!

I had an urgent issue that needed to be addressed immediately, and I'm glad I found that Highlander Dermatology had an open appointment. They ended up getting me in earlier due to a cancellation. Melissa was so incredibly helpful in listening and effectively attending to my issue to relieve my pain. She was very informative and covered everything regarding my situation. I would definitely recommend them for great care and fair prices!

Had several areas requiring Mohs surgery and Dr. Straka and staff were exceptional and professional. Nursing staff kept me informed at regular intervals while waiting for pathology reports. Post-op instructions were well explained. Appointment times ran on schedule. Office and exam rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Dr. Straka and his staff are wonderful. They explained my initial procedure, putting me at ease, and my followup appointment went just as smoothly. He also took the time to answer a few unrelated questions and encouraged me to reach out with any further questions or issues. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience at Highlander Dermatology. The personnel at the front desk were friendly and professional. My provider was Melissa, NP, who over the years has helped me so much. She is thorough and competent, identifying cancerous skin lesions that were then removed. I am grateful for her knowledge, kindness and expert care.
