So I have come there a few times so far, and Niki is great! I’m a guy, and at first, I was under the influence that this was a “girls” thing, because I haven’t seen many men do this. But it truly isn’t! It helps you quite a bit! Now if you don’t go to the gym regularly (or at least do a workout regularly) and have a healthy diet, this isn’t going to benefit you if you’re goal is to lose body fat. I am on a weight loss journey (over 60lbs down so far in 3 months) and halfway through, I contacted Niki regarding cryoslimming, she was very helpful and she knew what she was doing. So from the start I knew I was in good hands. Very calm and easy to talk to, and she made me very comfortable while I was there. It has since then, helped me with a better metabolism, and I’ve noticed some changes in my body after the 2nd treatment! If you’re cautious or worried about trying this, I’d HIGHLY SUGGEST Niki. Great. Amazing. And overall a fantastic person to get to know!
