Super professional and personable. I love the hydrating and peptide boost and the skin renewal serum! Can't wait to go back!

Would not recommend, their customer service is severely lacking. I booked online and upon booking was not asked for my credit card information to secure my appointment- today I received SIX text messages in less than two hours, asking for credit card information, which is fine! However I was in class and could not respond, and they moved my appointment. I understand that this is to protect their time however sending six texts in less than two hours (between 10:45 and 12:15pm on a Monday) seems ridiculous especially when a majority of people work during the day and cannot respond immediately. I just find it extremely unprofessional. Again I have no issue giving card information to secure my appointment however I don’t appreciate my appointment being moved because I was unable to reply at the time they texted me. I had called and asked to speak to a manager who was also extremely unprofessional over the phone as well. I normally go to REN but they were booked pretty far out and thought I’d try here, not worth it. I’ll stick with REN or injector boutique!

The chemical peel suggested was for skin 2x my age. Despite asking for a different one, this was performed in a package of 3. Felt burning on the eyelids each time. Followed up with the brand of the peel, they said they never would've suggested the peel given my details or goals. It exfoliated too deeply and caused deep acne and breakouts all over my face. As soon as I stopped using Chapter products I saw relief. Chapter's refund policy does not issue money back, and I do not trust them for any other facial services. Follow up and remediation has been very poor, feeling very unimportant.

Amazing staff! Everyone there is very kind and welcoming. Alysha is incredible. She always makes sure to pay extra attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect. She also focuses on making sure I am comfortable during the appointment and confident in the services I am getting.

I absolutely love my nurse! She is so gentle and walks through everything she’s doing. 10/10 recommend for first timers.
