No stars for this post given. Very disappointed in their customer service. Especially when you don’t feel good. Feel like I was taken advantage of when not feeling well. I saw a doctor that I haven’t never met. He didn’t give me enough medication to get rid of everything that was going with me. He just gave me cough syrup. Then prohealth said to come in again in order to give me medication after being in there last week. I wasn’t feeling well still after being sick for two weeks before going into the doctor and just wanted to feel better. So they charged me for two times and won’t do anything for you even though they are the ones that wanted me to come in for the second time. They said it was your choice. Well I wasn’t feeling well and of course I want to feel better. Not sure why they would want me to come back in after just being there and they couldn’t just prescribe something after you were just there. I am very disappointed with their customer service agents. As I was charged for $310 for two office visits. Won’t be going back into Prohealth care what a scam

I have being seeing Dr. Lesniak and his care team here for management of my diabetes for years now and the staff are all very open and welcoming! Incredible level of professionalism from everyone and extraordinary medical expertise. I went to Indiana for school and the care team I saw down there was no comparison in terms of the excellent care provided to me by the medical professionals here at ProHealth in Hartland.

My doctor had to move here when his clinic became a covid testing site for awhile. The nurse working with my doctor had zero professionalism or compassion. She made it clear what was her job and what wasn't. She had no interest in listening to me or my doctor. It was horrifying. Would love to see how the rude staff members would feel if they suffered Fibromyalgia pain every day like I do.

We have been patients of and Dr. Fickel for about 15 years and Dr. Serb for about 11 years. Couldn't be happier! Every staff member has always been friendly, and we have come to know and trust the doctors as well as their nurses.

Wish I could give this 0 stars as my experience was truly that negative. I made an appointment for a wellness exam which was 100% covered by my health insurance. During my appt., the NP asked some general health questions and because I said I was tired at times, they changed the appt. code from wellness exam to Office visit and billed me over $385.00 for nothing !! Crooks! They manipulate the codes so they can make money ! dont go here . or any ProHealthcare site, for that matter.
