Dr. Birndorf and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation to my follow-up appts post surgery. Dr. B answered ALL of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them and made me feel 100% comfortable going through with a surgery that I had been contemplating about getting for over 20 years. In my opinion, Dr. Birndorf and his team are the best, from patient care, the surgical team and scheduling.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Birndorf. I was very nervous about having breast reduction but he made me feel very comfortable! My results were amazing and I have had so many compliments on my new me. Recovery has been pretty easy. A little uncomfortable but nothing what I thought it would be. I would recommend Dr. Birndorf 100%. Not only is he great but the staff is awesome! So glad I made the decision.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Birndorf took the time to explain all my options and was very upfront about cost, procedure, and after care. He is down to earth and genuine. The doctor and his whole team have been great to work with. Everyone from his office personnel to the anesthesiolgist have been nothing short of amazing. Appointments have been easy to make, on time, and pleasant. I'm not sure if I plan to have other procedures done, but if I do, I'll be planning it with Dr Birndorf.

My experience with Dr. Birndorf was nothing short of spectacular. He is very thorough and gives you realistic expectations. Dr. Birndorf is the best. I had some questions after my procedure (after hours) and was on the phone with him within minutes. He really cares for his patients. This is the 2nd time I have had the pleasure of working with him and will recommend him time and time again to anyone needing his services.

Dr. Birndorf is not only an excellent physician, he's also a very genuine, kind, and caring person. We all want a doctor who views us as a person, who will treat us the same as their own family members and Dr. Birndorf IS that physician! At the initial consultation, Dr. Birndorf himself (not a PA like other doctors) sits with you and discusses the procedure, the expected outcome, the risks, etc. He spent well over an hour talking to me and answering my questions - no rush - no pressure. This was extremely important to me, because I had to develop confidence and certainty that this was the doctor whom I wanted to perform life-changing surgery on me. (Full disclosure: I initially went to another doctor where I was fobbed off on an uncommunicative, slipshod PA for the entire visit. The doctor came in for about one minute and I didn't even get to have a conversation to develop a comfort level with him. No thanks!) You will NOT experience this with Dr. Birndorf. You will find that Dr. Birndorf ascribes for perfection when performing cosmetic surgery. He is fussy! He will take all the necessary time needed to achieve what he sets out to do. After the surgery, he maintains the same level of high standards by having you come in so that he can make sure you are healing nicely post-surgery. I am THRILLED with the results of my surgery! I look and feel SO much better! I cannot finish this review without mentioning the superb group of ladies who support and complement Dr. Birndorf, two of which have held their positions for decades. Sara manages the office like a fine-tuned machine. She is a strong advocate for patients. I had an insurance problem, which she quickly dispensed of. Susie is Dr. Birndorf's top notch assistant and Autumn is always cheerful and upbeat handling the phones and scheduling. Don't settle for just "any" doctor...if you want the best, go to Dr. Birndorf!
