The worst experience! I met with Dr Guzzo for no longer than 3 minutes during which time he read his contract to me and left. I called several times for clarification on the procedure. When he finally called me back and told me I would have to stay out of the sun for several weeks I told them I would reschedule as I was leaving for AZ in a couple of weeks. He said my contract said I had to give them Three weeks notice so I was out the $500.00 I had paid down. At my age I would not sign anything that I needed 3 weeks to reschedule.

I am very unsatisfied, and feel like I was lied to. I went in for a consultation for laser surgery on my acne scars. I was told that my scars weren't bad enough and micro needling would take care of them. Well over $1000.00 later, absolutely no improvement in my scarring.

Dr. Benacci is the nicest plastic surgeon!! He really cares about his patients and families. He is confident and honest. He takes pride in his work and it shows!!
