Dr.Dietrich is phenomenal and the staff is also excellent. They make you feel relaxed and informed. I was nervous for my first procedures but Dr.Dietrich is so calming and professional, she takes the time to ask questions and explain everything. You feel truly taken care of here, I would highly recommend.

Ashley Dietrich is an amazing dr. She takes time to explain different options for treatments. I never feel rushed and can ask her any questions. She is very thorough and am so happy I found her.

I had been a patient of dr.Ashley Dietrich For about a year. And from the beginning there were issues with them answering the phone and returning phone calls. This I was willing to deal with as a I had a problem with eczema. Creams lotions were not working for me. She recommended a type of injection called aubry, which was working for me. When it came time for my prescription for the injections to be refilled. It was no less than a damn nightmare. As I stated before, there was issues with them even answering the phone. The pharmacy that filled my prescription had tried contacting dr.dietrich’s office for more than a week. Having no luck, the pharmacy actually called me and asked if I could get a hold of her. I was blown away by the lack of professionalism and expressed them this was an issue I had with her. I then drove to her office, only to find a note on the door stating the office was closed from the 3dr of march to the 11th of march. Wtf, so I waited until the 12th of march and tried calling. And no luck reaching her, just an answering service, at which time I explained the situation and that I very much need her to refill my prescription as soon as possible. The young lady said she would send the message as a priority message. That was a week ago. Unbelievable the lack of professionalism and the lack of concern for her patient’s health as she very well knew the severity of my condition. Oh upon her office calling me, they had the nerve to ask me to come in for a visit and she would refill my prescription. Honestly, I don’t EVER want to see this woman again in life. Clearly it’s all about money.

Comfortable environment both at the Wauwatosa and Menomonee Falls locations. Nice staff and Dr. Dietrich has great beside manners, explaining and taking time with her patient. Would definitely recommend her practice.
