Just had my first Halo experience at the Middleton location with Grazi yesterday and she was great! She called me 2 days before to give more details and answer any questions I had. During the appointment she explained everything and made me feel a lot less anxious. Jamie at the front office was great in finding me the best promotion for my needs and helping with products. I’ve been coming here for several years and have always felt taken care of with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I had an amazing experience at Quintessa- Middleton for a BBL laser treatment with Grazi! She took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect. The treatment was comfortable, and I’m already seeing a difference in my skin. Definitely recommend!

I had a BDL with Grazi and it was absolutely amazing! My skin looked and felt amazing after this treatment. Grazi was so comforting as it was my first time and she walked me through the whole procedure step by step. Her caring demeanor and sense of humor put me at ease. I highly recommend her! I recently got a tummy tuck and liposuction with Dr Thayer and the experience has been life changing for me. I'd gained a significant amount of weight many years ago and was left with extra skin after subsequent weight loss. My expectations going in were something like 7/10 and the result (and unexpected benefits) are 15/10. It looks fantastic, I feel much better physically and psychologically, and I'm experiencing numerous other benefits. I can definitely recommend Dr Thayer very highly. I'd researched a few different places before choosing Quintessa and went with them because they seemed the most professional. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and not pushy or judgemental at all. I also liked how I could text a Surgical Coordinator and a nurse 24/7 with any questions or concerns. So much easier than calling for most things.
