Rescheduled a consult twice over 6 months because they couldn't figure out if it needed to to be with MD or PA. They ran 20 min late for the scheduled appointment, even though I indicated that I had an appointment directly afterwards. Canceled surgery after pre-op even though PCP cleared me, even after confirming surgery time. I don't feel like care is coordinated or competent at this facility.

I wanna start off by saying the African American lady at the front desk was very kind, professional and provided lots of hospitality upon my arrival. She even helped me get there while I was lost over the phone after my Waze navigation sent me the total opposite direction! So I wanna thank her. Immediately after arriving a nurse came out to get me and she was very kind an made me feel very comfortable an explained to me the process of my consultation and what the steps will be before I see Dr. Babchenko. I received positive, encouraging conversation filled with awesome information provided by Dr. Babchenko clinical staff while assisting me with my new patient intake forms while the doctor wrapped up with another patient. Dr. Babchenko came into the room with awesome amazing energy ,good vibes, very kind and lots of knowledgeable, understandable information. Meaning she broke down everything she was saying to me even the meaning of all her medical terminology. She got straight to the point did not waste anytime. And was very kind and to me. Dr. Babchenko is very confident in what she do. And knows her work and I love that it took the fear and anxiety out of my whole consultation and made me feel comfortable and motivated to move forward with my services she provide. She was very positive ,motivating ,encouraging telling me I can do this and she look forward to seeing me soon. Dr. Babchenko is just a phenomenal women inside and out like Dr.Amy Groff and Twyla Clark. I’m greatful that Dr.Amy Groff has referred me to another one of her awesome colleagues to help me become a healthier me♥️🙏🏾🫶🏽

Religious affliated hospitals have shown time and again that when push comes to shove, they'll prioritize religious dogma over patient healthcare, even if it means putting the patient's life at risk. If you can avoid them-and not everyone can- don't hesitate. Religion has no place in healthcare.

I had a great experience and will definitely be booking another HydraFacial. The Aesthetician was very knowledgeable and stepped me through what I should and shouldn't be using for skincare products.

Discontinued trans surgeries for no reason. Completely discrimination. A church disguised as health care
