Aesthetically Well

It was my first time at AWell and I saw Jillian for her healing energy facial. My experience was incredible from beginning to end. Her touch was calming and very intentional. I loved all of the products she used and my skin feels so amazing! I will definitely be back for more services from her.

Milca is the best esthetician you can ask for. She’s so sweet, accommodating and will make sure your skin is glowing. She answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable. I’ve been going to her since she first started and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I always recommend her to family and friends. Now my coworkers have monthly memberships and we can’t live without her! She’s truly the kindest person and you’ll love the experience. It’s so relaxing and she’s so easy to talk to you. All your concerns will be addressed and she recommends the best options curated to your skin. I don’t know what I would do without her!

I won a $25 gift certificate from an Instagram contest and booked my appointment for contrast therapy. I booked online and was told to bring the card along. At the appointment I was told that it can't be applied to that service and I had to book another to use it. There should be a better way to apply gift certificates to services. I wasn't planning on going back again because the contrast therapy was underwhelming. The sauna takes a long time to warm up and there were multiple doors being slammed outside, so it was a little difficult to relax. The cold plunge water was too full which resulted in water splashing everywhere and it took some of the time to clean it up. The second sauna only session was also just okay. The sauna takes nearly 30 minutes to warm up enough to break a sweat. Also, there were sounds from the treadmill, doors shutting, and people talking. I am aware of the bluetooth connection but my goal was to relax and reset which was difficult here. If you’re looking for a relaxing time this is NOT the place. I actually never received a refund of $40 you guys only credited me $5 back by the way.
