Every clinic and hospital connected to Mile Bluff, including this one, has some funky scheduling practices and the way it is executed makes me think it is some sort of insurance/billing scheme. Skill as far as medicine seems adequate but the system you are dealing with 90+% of the time, administration, is sub par to the point of being unhealthy for people to constantly deal with.

Ladies at the front desk like Dianelle never greet you with a smile and always seem pissed off at having to help you. Not a open and friendly staff in the front. The nurses and doctors are lovely though. Sadly you wouldn't know this by calling them or talking to the front desk personnel.

Wow!!! This was not a welcoming place to go for healthcare. First time here and don’t ever want to go back. Looks like I’ll die before ever getting proper care out this way. Huge disappointment, the vet treated me better then these folks do!! Surprise their allowed to treat people at this facility.
