Front desk reception was nice and that’s the only reason why I’ll give two stars, For the dermatologists, There was a lady that had treated me for my hair loss. Do not come here if you suffer from hair loss. The Dermatologist, wax empathy or anything that you’re going through, Tells you exactly what they think they want, but doesn’t even consider your wants or needs. I can’t remember her name, but she had a very strong thick foreign accent. No hate towards immigrants, But I’m simply trying to describe the lady that I went in with. She was very rude And unprofessional. Any of the information I got about hair loss I could’ve done a quick Google search and found out what I needed to know. Do not pay $40-$60 Appointment for them to tell you Something that you could search online.

My son had been sick for months and had a strange rash appear on his face and arms. His regular doctor said he needed to see a dermatologist. Couldn't get him in for weeks, so took him to the ER. ER called the dermatologist to let them know we needed to get in asap. They were supposed to call the next day and never did. I ended up calling at the end of that day. It took another week just to get him in. They have no urgency or emergency appts available. I should have known better at this point and seeked somewhere else, so my bad. Then, it took another week to get the test results. Once the results came in, they didn't tell me anything over the phone, said I needed to make another appt for the results and treatment plan. Waited another week for that appt. Just to be told, they are not comfortable treating it completely. Said we needed to see a different specialist. Would have been nice to just say this over the phone when they got the results. Now he has to wait another week to see someone else! To be fair, they did rectify the rash and gave a diagnosis, but it's the time wasted that erks me. We still could have come in, but they could have given us a heads up to get into the other specialist.

Was a great experience today! The nurse who helped me, Sara, is fantastic. She did a great intake and you can tell she really cares for her patients!

Very inviting Very fast - my appt was at 840am w an expected checkin of 830am. I arrived at 825am. Was in the room and out in 10mins. Informative and thorough!

Whatever you do, DO NOT book an appointment with Elena Giese. I came in to ask about doing another round of a medication that a doctor at another Forefront location had previously prescribed me, which had helped. She immediately started giving me the third degree questioning how it was ever prescribed to me in the first place, when she clearly had not reviewed my medical history. She started grilling me about what I would do if doesn’t work again, which it had, and asking how I propose they bill my insurance for this since it’s not typically prescribed for my condition. I am not a doctor, nor a medical billing expert, so this line of questioning took me completely by surprise. I would have been happy to listen to alternative treatment options but she just seemed so upset that I even asked about the previous treatment we never got past that. Between her line of questioning and her overall abrasive attitude, I literally just got up and walked out and I’ll never go back.
