Super nice staff. We had the best care. The doctor saw us at the end of the day as an emergency client. Most doctors wouldn’t bother to stay in the office after hours to help a patient. I will be referring my friends and colleagues to see Dr.

The receptionist, Debbie, was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called to ask a simple question. Simply because of this treatment I will not go here nor will I refer anyone I know to this office. Unfortunately the front desk personnel are the face of the practice and sadly, even though the medical providers might be amazing (per the other reviews), the receptionist ruins it before you even have a chance to make an appointment. Consider going elsewhere.

I have been a patient on and off as needed since I was a child- Stephanie Keller is wonderful. She is friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor, making visits pleasant. She takes time to listen to concerns and put my mind at ease. The office staff is kind and professional as well. Would recommend to anyone in the area with dermatology concerns/needs.

I just noticed the review ratings for Aylesworth and was extremely upset. I've been going to the doctor for 10 years now. He is excellent, superb in every way. I've had recurring skin cancers for 25 years. I've seen the best of the best plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the greater Milwaukee area through these years. Dr. Aylesworth is THEE best dermatologist I've seen. All employees at the front desk and especially his wife are always warm, professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. I have never had a complaint.

Sad to say that after being a patient for several years, their primary receptionist has finally caused me to seek care elsewhere. Because of lack of other options in our area, I've tolerated her utterly rude, curt, off-putting manner long enough, finally said enough is enough, and would rather drive much farther for care than endure her completely inappropriate and insensitive phone manner. Not sure why this is tolerated by clinic owner, but either way they've lost a patient in me.
