I’ve been seeing Nikki for several years and every time I go to see her, I leave feeling my prettiest. She always knows exactly the vision I see in my head and she brings it to life. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She genuinely cares about her job and her clients and it shows! :)

I always have my hair done by Nichole. She is a blessing. She is easy to talk with, professional and has a great sense of humor. I have a job that can be stressful and Nichole does the best massage when washing my hair. I just feel so much more relaxed after. She is a great asset to the 511 Salon! Everyone at the salon is kind and professional there. They take care of their customers - that's why we keep coming back:)

I live in Falls and contacted all the local salons asking if I could pick up any empty boxes when they had them. I have a large online vintage housewares store & ship 100+ boxes a week. Every salon responded within 24hrs except Salon 611. It's a benefit for the salon to have me pick up their boxes. Less in their dumpster should be a savings to the salon. After approx a week they responded. They agreed to text me when they had boxes. All other salons have messaged me weekly to pick up boxes. It's frustrating when a small town business can't help out another business I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE IN 10 MIN. HAD ANYONE NOTIFIED ME THAT YOU HAD BOXES!! I'M SHIPPING OVER 300 PKGS A WEEK. YOU NEVER SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING YOU HAD ANY! Since you've blocked me I can't pull up our chat. You said you would let me know when you had boxes!

nicole L & nicole G are miracle workers. I initially went to nicole lukaszewski for her input on a color incident. the day prior, I went to someone new to me to freshen up my money pieces and highlights. unfortunately, my hair turned orange. when I told nikki I had a job interview the next day, she consulted nicole goodell and they agreed to tag team on the spot between clients. please see the pictures for the most beautiful, dreamy transformation !! now, I only go to nikki L for my color and she nails it every single time. // the atmosphere: the ladies are so warm and welcoming and courteous - it feels like they are all happy to see you. 10 out of 5 stars 🩷

Today was my first time going to Jen. It's always a little hard going to someone new. Jen made everything easy. She asked great questions about how I wanted my hair cut. She made some great suggestions. She was very easy to talk to. I got a shampoo, which I didnt know they did. I love my hair and made my future apointment with her. She made that kind of awkward first haircut with someone you don't know very relaxing.
