Words cannot express how incredibly thrilled I am with the surgical work and overall care that I received from Dr. Andrew Campbell and his entire team at Quintessa Aesthetic Center. Dr. Campbell is the quintessential professional who cares not only about his patients surgical outcome, but their entire well-being too. Two weeks post-op of my facelift, I began receiving compliment after compliment as to how young I look! I couldn't believe it. 2/27/25 – Dr. Thayer and his team are amazing! From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, everyone has been incredibly kind and compassionate. The things I love about my experience at Quintessa: There was no pressure. Everyone was always friendly each and every time. Dr. Thayer takes the time to understand what you are looking for and is honest with what can be done. Dr. Thayer took his time to give me the best results possible!! Dr. Thayer is a great listener. He has empathy & compassion. He made sure that he knew the results I hoped to achieve while also making sure that I had realistic expectations. He's thorough but I always felt comfortable, never awkward, during our consultations. That's huge for me. The cherry on top is definitely his staff. Dr. Thayer & the ladies that work with him will give you great care from start to finish. They all support you every step of the way as a team. Based on my experience, I truly wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

All of the staff at Quintessa have been nothing but amazing to me. Starting from my very first appointment, throughout the process of my surgery and now in the recovery, I have felt so incredibly cared for. I was so nervous to be so vulnerable and exposed but after meeting Dr. Thayer my mind was put at ease!! I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his entire staff!! Shelley is amazing, and I trust her implicitly. I hope she never leaves! Even though I ask her almost all the same questions every time I go, she remains an amazing listener. Super patient, very attentive, and knows her stuff. Highly recommend. Amy is also a rockstar, Amy and Shelley are a great team. Go see them, you'll know what I mean!
