Ladea Medical Aesthetics & Laser Clinic

I found this business through Groupon and purchased two packages for laser hair removal for 6 sessions each, for my armpits and bikini area. I picked them because they were the cheapest. I have been very disappointed with this business. First- they are unorganized. My first appointment I scheduled with them there was no one at the office, and they arrived late. They also had to reschedule two other appointments of mine. Second- I did not have much result after all six of my sessions in both areas. I had successful laser hair removal done before about a decade ago elsewhere, so that is what I'm comparing them to. I considered these to be touch up sessions to supplement my hair removal I had done years ago, so I should have had results easily within 6 sessions. Since I've had success elsewhere, I don't attribute my lack of results to my skin and hair color. (I have the ideal light skin color with dark hair which has the most success). I didn't tan the areas that were lasered, and had appropriate time frames between appointments to see results. I also did receive a first degree burn in one of my armpits during one of the sessions, which I never had happen before. From research, this is due to either an unqualified/inexperienced technician or old/ cheap equipment with less updated safety features. I would not recommend this place. I wish I had gone back to the place I went years ago and actually gotten results, or elsewhere. I wasted my time and money but hopefully this will keep someone else from wasting theirs! Go somewhere with better equipment and service.

Found them through Groupon and all of the amazing reviews. Finally decided to go through with laser hair removal. First off best decision I’ve made! Yes it’s a bit painful but beauty is pain right? I have finished 6 sessions on my pits and upper lip, and because of my type of hair I need another round of 6, but the person I dealt with was honest and very knowledgeable in her craft. Also never made me feel uncomfortable or anything!! The hair is either not growing back or coming back sooo thin! I’m going to get other parts lasered as well here because the environment of Ladea is clean and quiet, yet professional. Another plus is being so close to my house! Already recommended Ladea to a bunch of friends and family! Can’t wait to be back for more!

I’ve had 6 laser hair removal appointments here. DO NOT make an appointment. I went to a laser hair treatment center after 6 painful appointments and this place is a scam they said it looked like as if I’ve never gotten any laser Jaír removal. I’ve tried to contact them, their website doesn’t work. The contact info on Groupon doesn’t work. I want my money back and I have no other option but go through the fraud department at my credit card at this point. This place has been the worst experience ever!!

I went for lazer Hair removal. So far so good! I have only had one treatment but it didn't hurt at all! Brooke was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Keeping my fingers crossed that the next 6 treatments Go just as well. 😊

I had my treatments done in late 2019 and through 2020 due to pandemic spread my appointments out but I still love my results I got from the services with laser hair removal! Highly recommended!
