I recommend that if you have to get bloodwork done, ask for Sonya! Last thing I wanted to do at 9:15 a.m. was see a needle, but she is AMAZING!!!! I literally didnt feel it AT ALL!!!! I have never had that happen and she made my day!!!

I swear this facility can't get their act together! I've never dealt with so much incompetence in my life, and I've been dealing with hospitals since 2012 with all the clients we have/had!! Go to UW Madison!!!

Had this emergency room falsely document that they gave me a medication (as I refused it 3x). They charged me $200 for the medication and refuse to take it off and refuse to review the chart. Patient manager in the ED Connie Hagenow ignores all of my calls and attempts to settle this. They now sent it to collections for a service I didn’t even receive. Very very poor patient care, they just want to be paid.
