Froedtert FORME Aesthetic and Vein Center

I had an appointment with Dr. Edit Olasz today at 9:30AM. I was referred to her by my dermatologist from Aurora as there was nothing more that my dermatologist could do to help with my rosacea and would need more specialized care. (I had already had 3 laser treatments with Aurora.) I had to prepay a $125 Physician Cosmetic Consultation Fee before I could schedule the appointment. I arrived early and was initially made to feel welcome. I was taken in the back and waited for Dr. Olasz. Again, appointment was at 9:30AM. I was back in my car by 9:45AM. She basically said nothing could be done. Didn't really look at my skin, go over my skin care routine, or anything. Once she heard that I had 3 laser treatments, she dismissed me and didn't continue the appointment. I am so disappointed with how I was treated as a patient. I would NEVER recommend going to this place. It was a waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Olasz is fabulous. She has helped me combat the hardships of being a professional athlete in the sun for years. Offices are clean and the products they carry are always great. Highly recommend.

I don't recommend Angie, she completely burned my face and chest during my laser treatment. And made it seem as if I was the problem. My skin peeled off and I may have 2nd degree burns from her inexperience and negligence.if it worsens I will have to go to the emergency room. They gave me a hard time with a return and the nurse wasn't very helpful. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. Save yourself, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

While Dr. Rhee is compassionate and has good bedside manner, I am really disappointed with my nose procedure. My nose went from long(er) and thin, to short and fat with a big bulb on the end, and it lost any femininity it previously gave to my face. At 18-months post-op, I am past the swelling phase so this is what it will look like forever. I'm devastated about it and regret the surgery. I haven't been able to take a single picture with my family since the surgery because it has ruined my self esteem and I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror. Dr. Rhee's recommendation was to go back in for a touch up surgery (at approx. $3,000). After paying $7,900 for the first one, this is not an option.

I got a rhinoplasty, a septoplasty, and a tracheal shave from Dr. Pawar. I highly recommend him and his staff. He is a kind and talented surgeon. I am very happy with all my results.
