Had my first visit with Dr Steffes and was very pleased with the entire experience. From the ease of setting up the appointment, to the check in process, to my actual interaction with Dr Steffes, I was impressed. He explained everything in a logical manner and was also open and cognizant of how insurance covered( or didn't cover) certain procedures, which I greatly appreciated, instead of being surprised later with a bill when things weren't covered. Overall I was very satisfied and will continue to use Dr Steffes as my dermatologist.

Dr. Steffes is a very kind, personable and knowledgeable doctor that I would highly recommend. My family has been in his office for a variety of appointments and he always does a great job and takes his time to answer all of my questions! The office is beautiful and his staff is very friendly. I also love the variety of products that are available to purchase, and have tried several of them!

Dr. Steffes has been our family dermatologist for a few years now. We don’t mind driving from Fond du Lac to his new West Bend location. It’s an easy drive for an expert care. My kids are very comfortable with him as well. The new office is beautiful, staff is courteous and professional. I also appreciate the integrity of skin care products available at the office. I purchased Alastin Restorative Skincare serum, and according to Dr. Steffes that’s all I need at night and a sunscreen moisturizer in the morning. Vast majority of other providers sell a multitude of products. Overall, always great experience.

Awesome! I had coolsculpt done and felt the explanation and expectations for what I wanted were well above expected. Dr. Steffes was very informative and never did I feel pressured. A very straight forward approach which I like. Procedure was essentially painless. I would and will recommend him to others. Being in the medical field it was very refreshing to be treated the way I was. Bravo to him and his staff.

Dr. Steffes is wonderful! I have always had persistent pockets of fat on my inner thighs. I had cool sculpting done by. Dr. Steffes. It was painless and very effective! Beautiful and professional office. Highly recommend.
