I had a good experience with Dr. Holmes and her staff. Dr. Holmes was friendly and efficient with the time and looked at a spot on my skin and provided treatment for it. Her team was also friendly. Thank you!
Dr Holmes is SO caring. I see her for dermatology & for cosmetic things. She pays great attention to detail, is gentle, really listens to your concerns, & will go out of her way for you. She is also quick & efficient. 9/10 times that I am there, I am in & out of her office in under an hour.
Deeply disappointed with the service. I used to love this office but when I had my first issue the office manager was incredibly rude over the phone when I called for clarification. There were also PA fees that are required for the paperwork to be filled out, which was never relayed to me as a patient. Do not recommend.
Very Friendly and the Front desk Staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Harmon was caring and explained what he was going do and he called me at home to see how I was doing after the Surgery. All the nurses were very nice and caring and took very good care of me. I would definitely recommend this place.
My negative experience was not for Dr. Holmes’s office, their staff, or their wait time, but the doctor herself. She felt the best way to treat a cyst in a sensitive area was to shoot hydrocortisone into it. She said local anesthesia would be dangerous but didn’t explain why in the least—maybe because it was close to closing time? Upon rupture of the cyst, my fiancé saw her lance and extract the problem without *any* local anesthesia—apparently her plan of action didn’t quite work. That’s why they call it “practicing medicine,” I guess, but I’ve never begged a doctor to stop what they were doing from pain. Every single doctor or professional I’ve spoken to since has said local anesthesia should have been used. She also completely ignored an obvious wart on my thumb, saying it wasn’t a big deal. She nuked three others by freezing, but I’ll have to go for a follow up somewhere to get them removed completely—not uncommon, no harm or foul there. However, two weeks later (just in time for a convenient follow-up, make that $$$ Dr. H), the wart she ignored is larger, painful and it hurts to work at my job. Now that I’ve paid my bill—did you know Dr. Holmes has a flat rate for removal of benign lesions?—I’m going to Dr. Nash, who seems to have better reviews. Here’s hoping.
