Nash Dermatology

I had a very simple procedure done in the office with Dr. Nash. My appointment time was right on time, no waiting. The room was clean and warm. The nurse explained what the process would be very clearly to me, and it went exactly as she described. I was very pleased.

Dr Nash is awesome! A brilliant Dr who has helped me so much with my psoriatic arthritis. I can move again! It’s like getting your life back! Truly there are angels among us, and Dr Nash is one of them.

We played phone tag in the beginning which is understandable because dermatologists usually have a 3-12 month wait list. I was seen the same week we made the appointment. I showed up about 10 minutes earlt to do my new patient paperwork and within 5 minutes of being done i was back in the exam room. Everyone was welcoming and friendly! I saw his NP, she answered every question I had! They have a very knowledgeable staff. I learned new things, I didn't know you should have a skin check once a year if cancer runs in your family. They also have an amazing line of products for sell to help take care of your skin! I look forward to my next appointment!

It took a long time to be able to get an appt and reaching someone for questions or follow up has been too challenging after my first appt. I can't message anyone because the website is down. If you leave a message for a nurse, plan on it taking 48 hours to hear back from someone. For a large practice with a really nice office that so many people in Auburn recommend, they should be able to provide better patient support and have better systems in place. My one visit in the office was good and the staff were friendly, efficient and seem knowledgeable but these other issues are enough to make me look elsewhere for care. It's really frustrating.

This pleasant office was calming and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. After a very short wait, I was escorted to my room where I was treated by Christina, who was personable, thorough, proficient, and reassuring. All aspects of my visit were excellent, from making an appointment to follow-up.
