I was very impressed on my first visit 😄 with the doctor and I think I got all the things that I came for resolved or at least in progress. She's very friendly and knowledgeable, and I like her as my doctor.

Very quick process for my first visit to a dermatologist. I felt super rushed by the doctor and didn’t speak about all the concerns I had due to the sense of urgency in the room. I’ve also never had a mole check before but it was done in less than two minutes which doesn’t seem very thorough. She also tried to liquid nitrogen my neck without telling me what was happening or why it was happening which was a less than enjoyable experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone especially if they have never been to a dermatologist before.

I was very pleased with my entire visit. Everyone was so nice-friendly, efficient and caring. I was so pleased and feel very secure with my care by Dr. Lai and her staff.

Dr. Stephanie Lai, is very caring for my skin care. She listens to my concerns and provides feedback on how I need to protect my skin. Dr. Lai staff are also very friendly and helpful with my appointments and they work in conjunction with my VA health office. These are just very kind and nice people who are about their patients health care.
