This was my first time using this group and I will definitely continue to use them. Everything was extremely smooth from check-in to check out, everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Sharp was amazing and has an outstanding bedside manner! Thanks for a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend them!

Overall experience was great only complaint was waiting over a hour to be seen however keep in mind they are the only local dermatologist who takes about every insurance including Medicaid so keep that in mind on your wait time not allot of places take allot of insurance now a days including Medicaid. I enjoyed the staff and pa I seen and the biopsy was fast and only slightly painful nothing major and it was over within a few minutes. Would recommend this team to anyone! Very happy with my overall experience and believe the “wait time” complaints are only because patients don’t put in perspective how many people are seen by this team due to them trying to be accommodating to everyone and making it as hassle free for people as possible. They don’t rush their patients and truly try to help and get to the bottom of all issues and have you a good treatment plan.

Wasn’t expecting to be told I had skin cancer again. Came as a shock to me. I more than appreciate the time Lisa has spent with me explaining the radiation therapy I am receiving. Thank you so much for the personalized service. I feel like you care for me. The doctors and their assistants are great. Highly recommend!

I saw Greg Sharp and his nurse. I did not get her name but she was amazing. She answered a question was very patient with me due to my hearing loss. She repeated everything I needed to know and was so sweet. Of course Greg was amazing. He knew right away, what my problem was and explained it to me in detail Wrote me some prescriptions to help and I will be back if it’s not better in a couple of weeks as he suggested. I also have a friend in Mobile who has a serious dandruff problem that he’s going to try to make an appointment with Greg as well. He was asking me if Greg goes to the mobile office I told him I do not think so but it would be worth this while to come to Daphne to see Greg anyway Super short weight very professional staff in and out in an hour. I’ll be back of your business. I also noticed how clean everything was I won’t hesitate to return.

I absolutely can not stand their phone system. You can never speak to a person in the actual clinic to get stuff done that you need done or if you have an important question that needs to be answered in a timely manner. No one ever answers their phone nor returns calls even if proper voice messages have been left. I have tried reaching Daphne’s clinic so many times. The ball has gotten dropped multiple times regarding my son’s medication already. Once we can finally start his whole dupixent process we will probably go somewhere else just because there are no where to be seen when you need them unless you come into their office physically. The only reason why their is a three star is because the physician we saw seemed like she cared and was assisting us with a major life changing problem for our son but their behind scenes lack of effort is proving to be bad on their business.
