I have been here twice and both times I saw holly and her little crew.... Everyone. Is very friendly and knowledgeable.... Even to the point of helping me to understand my new insurance..... We are working our way through a couple of problems and I really appreciate the questions they ask are right on target and holly is very knowledgeable.

First visit was great the doctor was kind and understanding. Fast forward to today our second visit and I was shamed for not bringing my child back sooner for her warts so I had to take the doctor's negative comments regarding how I parent. For the record I do the best I'm able to and my kids see doctors regularly. Today's visit was not only embarrassing for me to be judged by someone who doesn't know our personal life but to have my child be subjected to his ill tempered attitude and comment was awful 😞 they also didn't offer a robe to cover my child's body for decency. we all know liquid nitrogen doesn't feel great and my child was strong but still tearful during the procedure as it was fairly quick I still wish the doctor would have been more gentle and patient with us. Needless to say we will be finding a different doctor, one who will practice kindness as well as professionalism without outside comments and judgement.

I’ve never been called back for an appointment so fast! My son loved the doctor she was very thorough and explained this very well. She was also willing to answer a question I had about myself. Great visit!!!

I’ve been here twice now with my daughter and I thought they was good so I made me an appointment as I have had issue after issue. It tooks months to get this appointment and the nurse asks me what’s brings you in? Well after I tell her just a couple of things, she cuts me off and says I dont know if she will be able to get to all that ??? Like what I honestly couldn’t believe this lady said that. After Holly came in with the lady, I completely felt rushed out of this place. Yeah I like quick and out but after having issues for months and making me feel like that way, it didn’t sit well with me. Lots of things can be better for sure. Like checking in? But then I have to check in again ?? And then they don’t even have care credit? As an option of paying for things. This experience has been very disappointing

The staff are friendly, efficient, very respectful. Dr. Holly is very clear when giving information, thorough when explaining without droning on and on in a language I don't understand. Another thing I like is how they manage their appointments. There is no long wait before treatment. I might have waited ten minutes. Great experience 🙂
