I have been dealing with a problem since last May. It started when I came in contact with fiberglass insulation. I visited my family doctor several times for it. Everytime it was something new, I finally told my doctor, I needed more help. My 1st visit was yesterday, I was so excited. A doctor who finally, had answers to all these questions. She told me exactly what was wrong. The treatment required...I had the most amazing visit. I'm excited, finally looking forward to being normal again...Thanks

Dr and staff were very professional. My first dermatologist and I had to have a skin cancer removed. The surgery was not very pleasant and I hope to never have to do that again. The Dr and staff was very understanding that I was afraid. They helped to make me feel comfortable through it all. I would highly recommend Southern Skies, Gadsden office.

I cannot give Dr Mario Maruthur and staff enough praise. One week ago, Dr Mario performed Moh’s Surgery on my nose, closing with a “ flap”. Dr Mario, Haley and the nurses and assistants were amazing. I was extremely nervous and they calmed me immediately. Beforehand, Dr Mario explained everything that was about to happen and continued to do so as the surgery proceeded. I was pleasantly surprised that I’ve had no pain since the surgery. For the first 4 or 5 days, I took the combination of over-the-counter painkillers that were recommended and had no pain at all. I got my stitches out yesterday and already I’m healing very quickly. I was afraid that my scar would be noticeable, but already after one week, unless you look closely, it’s hardly noticeable. Oh, and not only did the office staff call to check on me, so did Dr. Mario. I certainly hope not to need Moh’s Surgery again, but if so, I will have no anxiety whatsoever!
