Advanced Dermatology Huntsville

I have been a patient here for years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Each time I've had to call, McKenzie has been progressional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Raby and his nurse were great with my kiddos, he was friendly and he didn't rush through their appointments. He took the time to answer questions and was very personable. Kelly and Brittany are also extremely nice and helpful. They are excellent with helping with skin care and any issues that pop up. As a woman of color I appreciate a staff that is knowledgeable about the different issues that are common in our culture. Dermatologist are few and far between in Huntsville but if you can get in with these providers they will get you fixed up with a friendly and professional approach!!

Dr. Wilson and her staff are amazing! I've been seeing her for over 20 years now and would trust no one else with my skin issues. She is extremely personable and always listens to my concerns. Even works me in when needed on occasions. I would highly recommend her as your go-to dermatologist!

Be prepared for your appointment to be rescheduled without any input from you, then if the random date and time that they come up with doesn't work for you, you get to go back to the bottom of the list (ie, wait 3+ months again). Staff will pass blame and get huffy with you for not being happy with the outcome. Recommend finding somewhere else in town that has built an office culture of caring for patients. Doctors might be great, but the rest of the office matters too (and they're who you're usually interacting with).

Do not come here!!!! Save your money for someone who will care about you as a patient. They really know how to make you feel like a dollar sign. Horrible atmosphere in the waiting room. I had to wait 1 hour and 24 minutes for my appointment!!!!!!!!! After asking Jessica when can I go in finally, she YELLED at me to wait my turn if I don’t want to wait again another day and proceeded to chat with her friend nearby!!!! Laughing !!! I couldn’t wait that long for my appointment that felt like would never happen, not to mention the disrespect I felt, so I left. Never coming back again to be treated like this.

Brought my granddaughter here and we’re never been this disrespected before at a doctors office. Jessica at the front desk yelled at us when we asked to reschedule a missed appointment blaming us for not remembering. When don’t even have a basic reminder system in place to text patients of their appointments. But the ladies at the front desk make sure to spend their days watching YouTube videos and laughing and even dancing in front of us instead of making a reminder system or anything for the business. Failing system that fails patients will fail your business and the negative energy you bring to others.
