The people that run the office and schedule appointments at this location is VERY racist! I was scheduled an appointment in June I arrived at the time I was informed by the person who did the scheduling over the phone and was denied being seen because I was “late “, but showed up when I advised to. They rescheduled me for November the same day. I JUST called to confirm my appointment and the lady on the phone tries to be rude and talk to me like I’m dumb because they never scheduled it! Seems like if your black you get treated a certain way at this business I’ll take my business and insurance ELSEWHERE where I’m welcomed! Dr. Raby is an awesome doctor he was my doctor when I was younger, but his staff suck! The ones that run that front desk are very rude and it appears to be with people of color! I feel like I’m being discriminated against and I hope they have cameras to replay the conversation back from June when I was advised my appointment was rescheduled for November! If you’re African American do not go here! The office will treat you like a number!

New to Huntsville. Dr. Raby came highly recommended - and the recommendation was correct. Saw him today for removal of three cysts - nurse gave me injections around the sites - no pain explaining while she worked what was going on. Dr. Raby came in, talked while he worked (great distraction) and then I was done. No wait. Check out was easy a quick. Staff very competent and pleasant. Very happy to find him and his well oiled staff.

Dr. Raby and his staff have always been fabulous with my care! I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes after my appointment time to see him --- and I have even seen him early on occasion. He listens to my concerns and always addresses each one. He is very considerate of my overall health situation and how dermatology fits into that. Sheila is great to get back with me if I need to call in and is great to explain any questions I have.

I've been to Dr. Raby twice to have skin lesions removed. I couldn't have been happier with the care I received. He's professional as you'd expect but opens up with a sense of humor if you initiate it. That's what I like in my doctors. I also had a cyst removed from by back and I could tell he was very thorough in getting it all out. His staff was so personable! They put me at ease and I really never felt anymore than a small pin pick when they numb me up. You can tell a lot about a doctor in how his/her staff acts. I don't see how anybody could ask for more.

I have been going to the office of Dr Lon Raby for approximately 7 years.He also sees four of my family members. I have received excellent care from Dr Raby and his staff and they are always very caring, sympathetic and well informed. I have a rare skin condition and Dr. Raby has been the only dermatologist I have ever visited that can successfully treat my condition. Dr. Raby has been so very nice to me when I have gone to his office and always puts me at ease with his understanding, compassion and expertise. I have referred friends to this office and they have all thanked me for the referral.
