Dr. Hesterman and her staff are incredibly professional and kind. She goes above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable while she is there, and never makes us feel hurried or rushed. Additionally, she is knowledgeable and thorough and truly cares about the success of treating her patients. Her staff recently spent hours of their day to help me get my daughter’s medication straightened out with the specialty pharmacy, and then when the pharmacy could not act fast enough they found me another quick solution. I highly recommend this practice.

If you're new to skincare or chemical peels, read this first… I visited this place twice, and the front desk staff was amazing—very kind and knowledgeable. I went there for a chemical peel, and since it was my first one, I didn't know much other than what I had seen on social media and Google. For my first peel, I was informed that I would receive one round of the solution to see how my skin reacted, and it cost me $100. While my skin didn’t peel at all, it did look brighter. The following month, I returned and explained my experience. The staff member explained that she had only applied one solution and noted that some people's skin doesn’t peel. This time, I received the peel for $150, and they did three rounds of solutions. However, a week later, my skin still didn’t peel, so I gave up on that. This month, I shared my experience with a coworker, and she referred me to her day spa. At that spa, I received a peel, and my face started to peel significantly just two days later. I noticed that the steps taken at the spa were not done at the dermatologist's office. I’m not sure what they gave me, but it definitely wasn’t a chemical peel. I am so disappointment because I was so desperate for help and they didn't help me.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hesterman! From the very first visit, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in a way that made sense, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so kind and approachable.

Dr. Hesterman is professional and caring. I had my annual skin check yesterday and was appreciative of the amount of time she took addressing any questions or concerns. It is important to me to go to a practice where you actually see the doctor. While Hestetmann Dermatology offers cosmetic procedures, the focus is on healthcare. No pushing of products or unnecessary procedures. Easy to make an appointment, efficient reminders, and a good locations with easy parking and access.

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Hesterman, and I would say my experience has been good until now. I recently received a past due statement in the mail for my last visit, but payment is collected at the time of your appointment, and I have a receipt showing this. Billing will not answer the phone, and they will not return phone calls. I did get a text in response to my voicemails stating to disregard the statement amount, but then they sent me a bill for $20 with no information detailing what this is for. I have called and messaged requesting an explanation as I can provide proof of payment for every appointment as they email the receipts, and they won't respond. I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel like this has been handled very poorly and has caused a lot of frustration when a simple phone call to discuss could have resolved the issue.
