Truffoire Spa

Very unprofessional and unethical. And the lobby was dirty floor and couch. I scheduled an appointment with them to come all the way there and to be told they couldn't see me because I didn't confirm the message they sent me which afterwards they sent me another message saying they will see me at the time appointed. They was talking about rescheduling like I would really come back and spend my money with them. I went somewhere else and got perfect service and even tipped $200 to the esthetician for her amaizing work and ethics after paying $3200 for services and products. I'm glad I did not spend my money there! I'm pretty sure they will be out of business here soon!

I was just walking by when a young man handed me an eye cream sample. He made small talk with my daughter and I, then placed something in my hand and asked if he could show me what it did. It was amazing! He put it under my eyes and the wrinkles disappeared! Then came the sales pitch. $799!?! But I could get it for $250. I said I couldn’t do that-then came the next pitch. I politely declined again and was given a business card and we left. Gone was the warmth that had greeted us. I left my drink and when my daughter went back to get it, she was blocked from getting through the door, and then told very rudely that the cup had been tossed. I had every intention of coming back with money so I could purchase the product, but there’s absolutely no way I’ll be back now.

I had such an amazing experience at Truffoire thanks to Cathy and Lina who took great care of me. Cathy gave me the best facial and my skin is still glowing. Lina also took great care of me. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss my skin concerns, offering thoughtful advice and a treatment plan just for me. I am so happy I decided to visit this spa and I can’t wait to be back!

I just visited Truffoire spa for a facial treatment, and I was beyond impressed with my experience. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and a calming atmosphere that totally set the tone. Shout out to Lina and Kathy who were incredibly professional and attentive. Great experience overall, highly recommend, I’ll be back when I’m in town.
