The staff is very kind. Wait time isn’t long at all. Dr Flanagan is very good at what she does. I had a small amount of lip filler and it didn’t hurt at all! Planning to go back for all my dermatology and facial cosmetic needs!

Great experience for being the first visit and not knowing what to expect. Did all the paperwork online pre visit so on arrival to the appointment it was quick and easy. Dr. Ives was very personable even staying for a few minutes after procedure and talked about my work. The Staff was great.

I saw Dr Ives and she was so so nice. It was also pretty fast and I really like that I was able to fill out the new patient forms and upload them as well as my id and insurance instead of having to waste paper in the office! It was a very pleasant experience for my first ever dermatologist appointment and just a doctor’s appointment in general. I wish all offices made it this easy!
