The last appointments have run extremely late past appointment time. I do understand delays happening however I waited for 50 minutes, paid a co pay again for a follow up procedure and all the doctor do was look at my face and say it looks good. The last appointment I waited a long time and the technician forgot about me after applying the substance and before the appointment. Unfortunately I am going to find another Dermatologist as the wait time is just too long. I have to take leave and to take leave and to sit around is a waste of my leave and again it’s not the first time.

Very upset the dr told me to wait until my child was uncomfortable with his deformity and had been made fun of and then bring him back for him to say he wanted the procedure done.. the front desk was very sweet . And hardly any wait time. But a grown man told me to let my kid get bullied for something that could be such an easy fix its sad!

Dr. Dai is an anomaly in today’s world of medical professionals. He takes his time to make sure you understand as well as feel heard. The staff have made it possible to be seen on short notice and we even had a mix up once but they made it right, on the spot. Very professional and compassionate practice.

I have been here a handful of times and scheduling is a HUGE issue. Getting seen on time has never happened. I can understand if there is a 5-10 min lag time past your appointment, every single time it has been around 45 min past my scheduled appointment time. I am giving a 3 star rating because the doctors are nice and seem knowledgeable, but who ever is in charge of setting the appointments needs more training.

As a healthcare worker, I found them to be extremely professional. Not afraid to touch you. Listen to my concerns and was super nice. This is my second dermatologist this year and the only one I have been happy with
