I had an amazing experience at Midtown Medical! This was my first visit and I went in for Botox injections. Dr. Nair was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, creating such a comfortable environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and have already scheduled another appointment to discuss their weight loss plans. I will definitely be recommending Midtown Medical to everyone—thank you, Dr. Nair and team, for such a fantastic experience!

Dr. Nair is amazing. We have been seeing her for the last couple years. She has been so helpful and always makes my son feel comfortable. What we love the most is her patience and genuine care for not only our son but the entire family.

Dr. Nair not only cares about my children and me but she takes the time to listen, give suggestions and resources and does not try to rush us. She is incredibly supportive and easy to talk to, she’s been a total blessing to my family!

For years I’ve hesitated about getting a primary care physician for myself because it was difficult for me to trust many doctors just because in my past experiences, I’ve always felt like just a number and never felt that true connection with my doctor. Well, I found Midtown Medical, never heard of it but I gave it a try, and it is one of THE BEST decisions I have made for myself and my two boys! Dr Nair is extremely patient, caring and understanding when it comes to listening to my concerns regarding my kids. I love that she makes the place feel like home for the kids/pre teens like my child, which made him feel comfortable about opening up to her regarding any concern he may have as well. I also love that we get to wear shoe covers so that the floor/carpet in the patient’s room is clean for the kids to lay or sit on the floor and feel like they’re relaxing at home. I love how she explains the process for everything she’s doing . I just have so many positive things to say about this place and the staff. So because of my positive experience, I went ahead and established primary care services for myself and again, BEST decision I made! Alana Edgar is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and I just trusted her with her recommendations and everything she had to say because of how caring and understanding she was as well. It almost felt like I was talking to a friend!! I am beyond happy with this medical center and the staff!
