Dr. Davis is super friendly and approachable and always answers our questions throughly. You can tell she is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. The other staff have also been very professional and welcoming as well. I recommend Alpine to anyone, especially those with young kids seeking personal and quality primary care.
I highly recommend Dr Davis! She is absolutely wonderful with my two daughters during their pediatric appointments. Dr. Davis is kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She takes her time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I always feel informed and reassured. It’s evident how much she cares about her patients. Overall, an incredible pediatrician who we trust completely!”
Dr. Davis deserves far more than 5 stars. I've been consistently impressed with her attention to detail and clear compassion and empathy. She has so much knowledge and thinks out of the box. I feel incredibly blessed to have established with her. My illness has made things dark for a really long time, and I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel.
This is only a summary due to googles character limitations. I have attached a screen shot of my full and thorough review that I urge you read if you’re considering having your children seen here. The Forms from Hell - Summary To Ms. Wendy and Dr. Evans, Ms. Wendy, since you dominated the conversation and refused to let me speak, I’m leaving this review to help other patients avoid the challenges I’ve faced with your practice. Dr. Evans, it seems you’ve avoided taking responsibility for your poor time management and mishandling of paperwork. Perhaps the positive reviews have led you to overlook basic patient care responsibilities. For context, both my husband and I are in the military, which meant we were on a temporary schedule until our daughter could start daycare. She was scheduled to begin daycare on December 30, 2024. I submitted the required forms on December 9 and December 11, 2024. On December 27, I contacted the portal as the forms hadn’t been uploaded. The provider apologized, saying they hadn’t been published yet, meaning I had waited 11-13 business days. Frustration grew, as these forms were essential for daycare. On December 28, I followed up, and Dr. Evans guided me to the portal, but I couldn’t locate the forms. I asked for them to be emailed. Still, nothing came through, so I called the office. The receptionist put me on hold, then said she couldn’t find them but would email them once located. On December 30, I received one form. I called the office and was told they had only received one form. I explained that I had submitted all three on December 9 and 11. After more waiting, the receptionist said Dr. Evans must have overlooked them and promised to send the others. I still didn’t receive them, and I expressed frustration on December 31. Dr. Evans then responded with a passive-aggressive message, saying I needed to “understand” that this was the busiest time of the year. But the forms were submitted before the holidays, and it's not my responsibility to manage your time. The attached images show that Dr. Evans claimed to have signed the forms the same day I submitted them—so why the 11-13 day delay? Dr. Evans passed the forms to another doctor who had never seen my daughter. The forms were filled out incorrectly. By January 2, 2025, I received the remaining forms, but the daycare said they were wrong and needed to be redone. The most troubling part is that Alpine shared my daughter’s medical information with a hospital she’s never visited, violating HIPAA. I wasn’t informed, nor did I sign a release of information for them to pass my daughters medical information with that facility. The daycare found this unusual. As of January 23, 2025, my daughter still hasn’t started daycare due to the forms being incorrectly filled out. I’m appalled by the mishandling of basic paperwork, especially considering her serious allergy that requires an EpiPen. On January 17, 2025, I received a letter from Ms. Wendy stating they would no longer see my daughter due to my “extremely rude” behavior. However, I had already terminated Dr. Evans as my daughter’s provider on January 2, making the letter irrelevant. I called Ms. Wendy to discuss the letter, but she was rude, talking over me. She said the letter was a formality. When I asked why it claimed I was rude, she was evasive. She also claimed she’d “heard” I was difficult to work with from the other hospital, but my daughter has NEVER been seen there. She refused to explain further. I told her I would leave a review on BBB and Google. Her response: “You do what you have to do.” I hung up. She claims I was rude, yet she refused to have a cordial conversation. After 46 days (29 days excluding weekends and holidays) and multiple attempts, the forms still aren’t correct. We’ve had to work with a different pediatric office to get these forms corrected So, after reviewing the messages with Dr. Evans and considering the mishandling of HIPAA and paperwork, do you think my frustration as a parent is justified?
I’ve only visited one time so far, but my first experience was very pleasant. This office is new, clean, & spacious. My first appointment was efficient and very thorough. Dr. Davis & her MA took their time to get detailed information from me and go over every bit of it with me, circling back for clarification, summarizing what we discussed and plans for follow up.
