Their beautiful location in Fairbanks is welcoming and relaxing, just what you want in your spa experience! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. I was so impressed this will definitely become a monthly self care stop

Don't be fooled by the glitz & glamour. Completely unhappy with their non-responsiveness & lack of providing the slightest minimum standard of care for a client when product & procedure are questioned. I provided multiple opportunity before posting this one star review but they continue to ignore the issue. After all of the inconveniences, I asked for a refund for expired injections I received that caused damage to my leg. Never before had I had a problem & if it weren't for this recent incident I would have never realized I was paying top dollar prices for "quality" products yet receiving expired injections & drips. They're quick to hide behind their boilerplate liability claims & excuses but fail to deliver on providing the quality products & services they charge you for. I consented & understood the risk associated with services rendered, yet I did not consent to receiving low grade products that increase risk. Do your homework for this spa & all spas. Complete scam, false advertising, & bad customer service from the Fairbanks location. Even before I asked for a refund, all I wanted was some type of communication from them about what happened with the product they provided & what I should expect physically following the bad injection. Instead, after my repeated inquiries, I got a cold, go see your PCM. I will never again refer friends & family to Cheeky as their service continues to digress with their constant staff turnover & random hours which is a clear indication of mismanagement & oversight. For shame Cheeky on failing to uphold even the slightest standard of care.

Randi is the absolute best and her staff are amazing. I’m so grateful Cheeky is in Fairbanks! See them. You won’t regret it.

My fist time here for vitamins and hydration and it was AMAZING, to say the least. the suite is STUNNING and SO immaculate!! the staff is utterly fantastic, Randi is as friendly and comfortable and stunning as her surroundings. my words do not do the justice. there isn't this "hierarchy" feeling by anyone there, which i find is super common in Fairbanks. so excited to go back.

I hesitated on making my appointment for multiple reasons, but I pulled the trigger and said I’m just going to do it! From the minute I stepped into Cheeky Med Spa I felt at ease! The atmosphere is by far the best in Fairbanks! The staff I CANNOT say enough about, TRULY AMAZING! All my worries went out the door the minute I was called back to my room! The ladies listened to my long, emotional journey through the few short months we have had in 2024, leading up to why I was there. I felt heard, understood and most importantly NOT JUDGED! Not once did they try to push a product or products on me! They explained what they offered, talked about their own personal journey with the product, and gave me options! I am a very closed off person, and do not ever share anything about myself with anyone, these ladies made you feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end! I left feeling like I had known them for years! I am very excited to go back for additional services! A huge thank you from the heart Cheeky Med Spa Team, you have a forever client here!
