I got the “I do bridal facial” and it was AMAZING!! Kelsey is a talented esthetician with healing hands. I have nothing but great things to say, Allure is decorated beautifully, everything was very clean, and smelled wonderful. I Will be recommending this med spa to everyone and anyone looking to get an above and beyond relaxing treatment/experience!! And may I add that the owner Taylor is the sweetest most professional woman who has done a wonderful job with everything! The attention to detail is incredible

I am writing this review in my response to both my in-office and follow-up experience with Allure. I went in for a lash lift and brow lamentation 11 days ago (a Thursday). My in office experience was great - both women who helped me were welcoming and warm. I was initially happy with the work, but as I got home that evening and looked at it closer, I had concerns - not only were my lashes less lifted than I am used to, but one of my lashes was less lifted than the other. The office was closed at this point, and I remembered to call on Saturday. The esthetician I worked with took down my concerns and told me to send her pictures on her Instagram. I did this, and had to follow up for a response a couple days later. She told me her manager would call me. It is now 11 days post-appointment, and 9 days after my call with concerns, and no follow-up. You can see from my photo how my lashes are not super lifted, and un-even. This was the day after my lift and before any water was put on my face (I am meticulous with follow up care). I was sitting between 2 and 3 stars, but I do want to give credit for the in-office experience and my brows look great, but the lash lift was less than ideal. More so, I am disappointed in the customer service and lack of communication.

I have been going to Allure for a while now for laser treatments and have had the most wonderful experience! Kelsey always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Not only is she welcoming and kind, she also is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, ensuring a positive experience every time. She is very attentive and I always leave the sessions happy with my results and looking forward to coming back! I have also recently had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Kelsey and have never felt more relaxed and pampered! My skin felt amazing afterwards and Kelsey also was able to provide helpful information and advice regarding my personal skin concerns. I cannot recommend Kelsey and Allure enough for their services!

My experience with staff and products from Allure has been fabulous. Appointments are easy, staff are helpful and professional. My favorite part of the Allure experience is Kelsey! She is an exceptional practitioner and is masterful at educating clients about best options for healthy skin, and is clear and very kind in explaining procedures and what to expect. She is always available for questions and holds our hands whenever needed! I love her style and her expertise and highly recommend her for anything related to enhancing our beauty.
