Emily has been absolutely wonderful from the time I walked in the door, she has prepared me for my laser treatments from our first consultation up until the actual treatment. Walked me through how the procedure will be and what I could expect during and also post treatment. The procedure itself went extremely well and smooth. There were no surprises and I felt very comfortable. Her staff could not be more accommodating and supportive. If you have any questions, they are there for you and can answer any questions around the clock. Nicole the office manager was very communicative. I love Frost. Everyone I come in contact there is professional and genuinely nice from the front desk staff, medical assistants and all the providers. I’ve struggled with melasma for years and have lost count of the various treatments I’ve done. I started getting dysport from Larissa who is one of the most kind and genuine individuals nurse injectors I have come into contact with. She talks me through every step of the process and what I can expect. She recommended me to start seeing Kaylee to get a comprehensive skin plan in place to treat my melasma. I’ve been seeing Kaylee for the last year and my skin is the best it’s ever been. She suggested a treatment plan and products so I knew exactly what to do and hypes me up with pep talks every time I come in. I literally feel like my skin is aging backward. I can’t recommend her enough. She has a in depth knowledge of all the products she recommends and I literally trust her with my face. Plus her facials can’t be beat. ❤️ It’s always the best day when I get to have a treatment there. I’ve to other practices in the past but Frost feels like family.
