I had my surgery here a few years ago. After surgery, I did notice I had a Lipo dent and brought it to everyone’s attention. However, I was advised that I’d have to wait until I was completely healed before there could be any sort of mediation. I’ve tried to reach out to pura medical a few times about the dent and though we may schedule a virtual consult, nothing has ever really transpired or been fixed and I haven’t spoken to anyone. I understand the surgeon who did my surgery was really shady and is no longer employed there - however, it is their responsibility to hire, respectable and good surgeons. Id have preferred to at least been offered some sort of comped treatment or fat transfer. I am super insecure about my midsection and my dent as it’s super noticeable and I’ve been looking for other solutions like contouring to pay out-of-pocket, but haven’t found anything that really works for me yet and those are temporary solutions. Again, I understand the surgeon is no longer working for pura medical. As a service based business owner myself, i do feel like they should have at least try to accommodate me despite his shady practice and departure. for the price I paid, I could have had a mini tummy tuck. I wish I never got the lipo. It was very quick. Post op was to be expected but I’m still very disappointed about my results and how no one really cared to follow up with my poor results. I’m sad bc I see other ppls awesome results and I feel like I was robbed a good experience bc they were a brand new establishment. Summer is around the corner and I’m still stuck trying to find a solution.

I 100% recommend Pura Medical to everyone and anyone. To say I was nervous about my procedure is an understatement, but the whole staff made the experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. The friendly and helpful environment they provided made me feel at ease and the results have been everything I hoped for and more.

From the consultation, the procedure, and even during post-op follow-up appointments, the whole team is very supportive and without judgment since they truly want you to obtain the results you're looking for! They are highly knowledgeable in their respective field and will go above and beyond to ensure you are entirely comfortable, and will guide you through every step of the way! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, 1000/10!

I absolutely loved my experience with Pura medical! Not only do I love my results but I loved the whole process! The patient care is phenomenal, no matter what time a day it is if I have any questions they are there for me! I’m not far enough along to see the end result yet but so far I am loving my body and already planning on getting more surgeries done from them!
