Dr Rashid assesses her patients quickly and has a plan of action, if needed. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and appointments are easy to make.

Greeting is always very friendly and helpful! Dr. Rashad is a breath of fresh air! Greets me with a positive, funny, and professional manner. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She is very thorough! She explains things regarding your health issues, and makes sure you understand everything that is happening or will take place if further services are required. I love the office and Dr. Rashad! I strongly recommend La Peau Dermatology and Dr. Rashid!

I feel very confident in the knowledge, skills and abilities of the Doctor, PA and nursers at LaPeau. Having melanoma and other skin cancers I have regular checkups. With each visit I am treated as their most important patient.

Out of 3 dermatologist drs I’ve used 2 out of the 3 sisters that work here earn a 5 star quality when it comes to mole removal incisions. They are good at following up as well. Their bedside manners are east coast and too direct and can be way too pushy and this is where their star ratings go way down. I’ve still come back to them many times just to get the best looking result scar. If you’re looking for good healing scars from mole removals this is a great option. If you’re looking for a dr that will treat you with sensitivity and come across like they care about you, you won’t find it here if you don’t agree with everything they say. If you don’t like abrupt east coast hospitality and dare to resist their advice enjoy the emotional wiping. They care about their opinion more than the patient and they will refer you to other dermatologist if you don’t do what they recommend. They also sell intense fear of death if you have severe or insitu melanoma moles. Each mole will cost around $1500-2000 if your insurance is a high deductible after doing the mole removal, biopsy lab results, and incision surgery. I don’t recommend NightLase treatment $375 per visit for snoring since for me the procedure takes way too long, too painful, and would require going at least 6 times. I was being worked on for 2 hours and having to open my mouth wider than a dentist office was NOT comfortable. I refuse to do this twice even if you paid me to do it. At least they recommended me to a snoring app that validates and records how bad or good your snoring is called SnoreLab. I also found another app called SnoreGym that focuses on strengthening your muscles to reduce scoring and get rid of it.

They are extremely friendly, professional, and competent. I go in to them every 6 months. They have found multiple occurrences of beginning cancer, all three skin types. I would highly recommend them.
