Do not use this practice for med management. The person at the front desk is scattered, unorganized and unprofessional. She ordered the wrong amount on my prescription twice. I only had medication dispensed twice from them! 100% fail rate. I’ve now paid for and am stuck with 3 months of a medication that I had just started. I asked for a 90 day supply on a different established medication and they gave me a 90 supply of a new medication also. The proper dose hadn’t been decided on yet and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to even continue taking it. I was being treated for a symptom of my disorder, not the disorder itself. This was because the person at the front desk dropped the ball and lost my information. They failed to take my health care seriously and were very cavalier about it. I admit that I have issues staying calm in these types of situations but the person at the front desk does also. She is not a good fit for an office that treats people with mood disorders. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

I started in Nov 2018 I have lost 4O pounds on the B12 Lipotropic Skinny Boost injections and I feel great! I had always failed at other weight Loss programs...not this one ... Rosie is great and the providers are awesome. They are very professional and informative always willing to help me reach my goal. They don’t try to up sell me on items that I don’t need . The cost is berry reasonable . Overall they treat me like family and always have time for me . Great place wonderful people !!! Rossy she is amazing

The staff is great. I am always greeted promptly and rarely have to wait to be seen. I am happy with the programs they offer and the costs are very reasonable for the appetite suppressant and b12 Lipo injections. Rosie is always encouraging and quick to offer suggestion (or in my case, corrective coaching) when I'm not moving toward my goal. They have been on the journey themselves and know the challenges, so the whole team is crazy easy to talk to. I have no doubt I can be a better me with NewU.

I came in for some botox and b12 shots. Caren and Rosie were incredible! Very thorough and professional. They make you feel like family here!

I was very well taken care of at NewU wellness clinic by the provider Josefina Philips everyone was very nice and it was nice to be treated well since I was the patient in need of help. They were caring and I would highly recommend this place.
