Affiliated Dermatology Surprise

The surprise location is Amazing. I have had several appointments and each time it has been a great experience. The office staff and providers are always organized and friendly. They always pull me back from the wait room timely. Both providers Dr Zaki and Lindsey, PA took such good care of me and took the time to listen and to give explanations of everything during my visits. The Medical Assistants, Angel and Courtney, were top notch! They were both friendly and professional, kept me at ease for the procedures and took their time after the procedures to make sure I understood the follow up plan. I would highly recommend Affiliated Dermatology!

Really disappointed with this dermatologists office. Both me and my baby are patients here. Firstly it’s hard to get an appointment. You will wait on hold and no one will answer so you are left with pressing a key to wait for a scheduler to text you for an appointment which they never have before, or you can leave a voicemail. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a mole that appeared a month ago and has in a couple week span gone from pink to dark brown, irregular in shape, raised, and scaly. With a family history of skin cancer I had hoped to get in right away. I left a voicemail earlier in the day and got a call 15 minutes to close where they said every doctor is completely booked out over a month out. Super disappointing, I told them I would have to switch offices. In addition to this, on my last bill I noticed they charged me over $50 for ‘medical educational material’ which was a single sheet of black and white text on printer paper that they handed me on my way out that says what a biopsy is which I already knew and discarded before leaving the building. I can’t believe they would try and charge anyone for that.

Been one time I won't be back, staff in front are rude. Waited over 2 hours for my appointment and they still had 3 people ahead of me. I wasn't going to wait 4 hours to be seen.

I am very pleased. She’s very professional and has a great personality. Also Her assistant Did a great job.

I came here for a procedure and I had an amazing experience! From the receptionist to the MA Aryana, Dr Abigail, and even the receptionist who checked me out! Getting a procedure done for the first time is nerve wrecking in itself but I would do it all over again with how everything went. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a Dermatologist!
