This business, as well as Dr. Jamie Moenster, deserve more than 5 stars. I was incredibly anxious about my earlobe reconstruction surgery which led me to put off the procedure for years. After I met Dr. Jamie along with her compassionate & attentive to detail team, I was convinced that I would be well taken care of. She listened, took detailed notes to all my concerns and offered personalized solutions. When the day of the procedure arrived, I did not feel rushed, I felt heard and knew with 100% certainty that I was in very good hands. I could not be more happy with the outcome! I wish more practitioners held Dr. Jamie’s standards because this was the best experience. Thank you so much Dr. Jamie!!

I have been a patient here for years, and like many women who love the outdoors, found myself with aging spots. I was seeing one of main doctors and some of the spots were getting bigger and darker, and by chance, I went to see Amy Weierman one day. She saw the spot on my face, immediately told me we could remove it, and in 3 treatments it was gone. It’s amazing how much happier and more confident I feel because of it. I was going to “grin and bear” aging and tolerate spots and she showed me, I can actually address skin challenges as they occur and create a more beautiful aging process. I am happy to have found her.

I called Dermatology and Plastic Surgery of Arizona regarding a persistent skin issue my daughter has had since birth. After explaining our situation and previous dismissals by other dermatologists, the receptionist spoke with the doctor and was able to schedule us for an urgent appointment, giving the impression that a biopsy would be performed. I was very clear that my daughter was only 20 months old, and they still accepted the appointment, so we felt hopeful about getting answers—especially since we traveled an hour and a half to be seen. Upon arrival, the office was clean, paperwork was easy, and the staff was very friendly, including the office staff, nurses, and doctors. I provided detailed photos and documentation, and the doctor acknowledged that my daughter’s condition matched what we suspected. However, she then informed us that my daughter would need a biopsy, but they were not equipped to perform it on such a young child. While I understand the need for a pediatric dermatologist, this should have been clarified before accepting the appointment, as we still had to pay the copay. Ultimately, we were referred to a pediatric dermatologist, who diagnosed the condition without even needing a biopsy based on the documentation I had. I appreciate that this office pointed us in the right direction, but it was frustrating to make the trip and pay for a visit that could have been avoided with clearer communication from the start.

This place, these people, are just the best! It feels so good to take a problem to them. From the reception staff to being able to see and talk with Amy, I know I'm going to be fine. I've had two disturbing moles. I was given quick appointments, and the moles were able to be frozen off right in the office by Amy. I was so happy! What a fantastic group of professionals!!!

Dr. Weyer does an amazing job! Always on time, professional, never makes you feel rushed. Regardless of the treatment, he makes you feel comfortable, and his treatment is always effective. He is kind and patient. I’ve never had any post-procedure issues like I have had in the past at other places. Highly recommend Dr. Weyer!
