I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this facility. The anesthesiologist was very kind and quick and good at his job. The doctor herself was a ninja with a knife, asking me one question and by the time I was done answering, the procedure was over and I didn’t feel a thing. The sutures McLean and everything was well taken care of and sanitary. They even let me take a picture! Would highly recommend to anyone who might need.

The staff that checked me in for my appt. had good customer service, and the surgery team who took my vitals, and did the prep were helpful and caring. Dr Hu and the wound nurse made the procedure go seamless and efficient. I appreciated the professionalism .

The office was super clean and even though there was a lot of people in the waiting room, I was called up about 10 minutes after arrival. The care was great and the attention provided was awesome. Dr. Hu was very attentive and quickly told me what she believed my issue was. She immediately directed her staff to what each needed to do. I even received a call from Dr. Hu a few hours after seeing her asking how I felt. Very impressed!!!

Dr. Hu and her staff are so caring and professional. They take care of you every step of the way. They called to make sure I was ok after my surgery and said if I need anything to call.

My experience today was quite positive :-) all of the healthcare professionals I dealt with were extremely professional, friendly, and very considerate. This schedule was almost perfect. The surroundings were healthy and friendly and comfortable. It was especially nice to receive a follow up telephone call to ensure that I was doing well. Thank you very much.
