I had a facial appt with Shelby over the weekend, she is amazing!!! It was a super relaxing atmosphere, my skin is glowing and feels so soft. I went ahead and scheduled micro-needling with her as well. It’s nice having the option to schedule on the weekend. Can’t wait!

Save your time and money! This business is poorly mismanaged and the turnover in personnel is a huge red flag! This past week was the 3rd time that I arrived after receiving 2 reminders, via text, and upon arrival claims the doctor isn’t in today (he lives in Ft. Smith) I had a 9:00 am appt only to find the doors locked (their hours state:open at 8 am). At 9:15 they opened the door and claimed I wasn’t on the schedule. All of my appointments were scheduled in advanced and when I asked the manager, Ashley, why did you send me a reminder the day before, she said their automated system must not be working. This is no way to run a business, nor disrespect people’s time and it’s just a matter of time that they will shut down due to poor management! Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere!
