The office is beautifully done, and very calming. The staff was quite pleasant, and the practioner was professional and assuring. I've already recommended them to 3 of my friends, just after my first visit... 30 minutes ago!! Plus I've made an appointment with the cosmetic office for luxury treatments later today! I love it here!!

I have been a patient of Dr Franks for many years and always pleased with the reception and treatment. I visited him today for a concern between regular scheduled appointments. I was able to get an appointment on one days notice. He and his staff are the greatest.

Coming into the 3rd floor suite, I was greeted by the receptionist who quickly checked me in. ( I had pre-filled out my paperwork via a text message sent from Dr. Franks’ office after I made my appointment.) The remodeled reception area and waiting room, although open, has an intimate vibe, which I like, and they offer complementary bottled water. After a few minutes I was called back where I saw Bailey Pollock who is Dr. Franks physician assistant. This was my second appointment with Bailey and I’m very pleased with her. She’s thorough and very knowledgeable. Bailey put my mind at ease about my concerns by clearly explaining what was going and how we were going to treat it, without making me feel rushed, while at the same time, I’m not there too long waiting/ chatting it up either. I am self pay and the prices are always affordable. My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Franks dermatology for 6 years. We will continue to trust them with our skin concerns. A+++
